Kevin Dee specializes in leadership development,
organizational development, management coaching, mediation, and change management.
Dee holds a master's degree in education from Vanderbilt University with an emphasis in administration.
Prior to starting his own management and consulting business, Dee held a variety of leadership positions
in Business, Education and Healthcare. In his own 22 year management consulting practice, Dee has
conducted training workshops throughout the U.S. and internationally in both traditional and wilderness
settings. Dee has also facilitated strategic planning and company-wide reorganizational projects for
both small and large-scale organizations. In these efforts, Dee's emphasis is always on creating
successful measurable results.
Dee is sought out for group facilitation and training, re-organizational
efforts, conflict resolution, team development and as a coach. Dee's training approach is direct,
experiential and engaging with a focus on what works and how to create the results you want.
Dee is

David Schneider heads
the Human Resources (HR) Services division
at KMD Services & Consulting. David will manage
all HR consulting and contract HR services.
David specializes in providing Human Resource
(HR) services to Alaskan organizations. David
has extensive experience in developing compensation
programs, conducting HR compliance audits,
policy development and assisting companies
in aligning HR Strategy to measurable results.
David has a BA education degree from the University
of Montana-Missoula and has extensive graduate
course work at the University of Alaska-Anchorage.
David has current certification as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and
is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
David has had extensive Alaskan experience
in the HR field for over 30 years at a wide
variety of both large and small organizations. |

Patty Dolese specializes in leadership development, life skill coaching with an emphasis on building personal and professional balance, stress management, nutritional coaching, team building, and wilderness education.
Dolese holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She also holds a degree in Elementary education, special education, and currently teaches pre-school special education. She is a registered yoga instructor, teaches therapeutic ball rolling and is trained in energy work.
An expert wilderness guide, Dolese founded her own sea kayak company in 1984 running trips and courses in Baja Mexico and Homer, Alaska for over 12 years. She also co-founded a non-profit organization that offers programs in wilderness education, sea kayaking and natural history skills for youth and adults. She currently owns and operates a retreat center in Homer, Alaska with her husband.

Jill Dean specializes in employment law consulting. Her focus is on integrating her legal knowledge, training and experience with HR practices and procedures to help businesses proactively avoid employment problems while facilitating their growth and prosperity.
Ms. Dean received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has practiced law in Alaska for 25 years, most recently as a hearing attorney for the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights. She now offers employment law consulting services to Alaska businesses.
Ms. Dean provides a variety of services to help employers avoid liability and conform their business practices to the best business practices. She provides customized legal compliance audits, policy and procedure review and development, training and investigations to large and small, private and public businesses in Alaska. Ms. Dean’s knowledge of the current federal, state and local employment laws combined with her practical knowledge of day to day business practices makes her assistance practical and invaluable.
